Frequently Asked Questions.

Answers to common questions about AestheticSuite, how we protect your information, and how to get started.

What is AestheticSuite?

AestheticSuite is an AI-powered practice-management platform built for aesthetic surgery practices. It helps practices manage patient waitlists and intake, scheduling, communications, and day-to-day operations in one place, with AI assistance throughout.

Is AestheticSuite HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We handle protected health information (PHI) as a business associate of the practices we serve, under a Business Associate Agreement, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. See our HIPAA Compliance statement for details.

How is my information protected?

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce role-based access controls, log access to sensitive records, and continuously monitor our systems. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who can see information I submit through a practice’s form?

Information you submit through a practice’s intake or waitlist form is made available to that practice so its team can assist you. We do not sell personal information or PHI, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Does AestheticSuite support e-prescribing?

AestheticSuite supports electronic prescribing through certified partners and pharmacy-network integrations. Prescriptions are created and authorized by licensed providers; AestheticSuite provides the software workflow that supports them, in line with applicable regulations.

Can providers e-prescribe controlled substances (EPCS)?

Yes. AestheticSuite supports EPCS through its integration with DoseSpot 8.0, a Drummond Group–certified EPCS module. In June 2026, Drummond Group reviewed our integration and concluded it meets the intent of 21 CFR § 1311 for the creation and electronic transmission of controlled-substance prescriptions — including two-factor authentication for signing, audit trails, and reporting. See our HIPAA Compliance page for details.

Does AestheticSuite provide medical advice?

No. AestheticSuite is a software platform, not a healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — clinical decisions are made by the practice and its licensed providers. See the medical disclaimer in our Terms & Conditions.

How can a patient access or correct their information?

Because we process health information on behalf of practices, patients should contact the practice that provides their care to access, amend, or restrict their health information. We support practices in honoring valid requests.

How do I request a demo or get started?
